Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, the month of April has been extremely productive for our team. This has been our second community release this month and includes 16 new features and updates. Users should be sure to check out our new automated help desk that allows you to enter tickets and monitor them as we address them. There are now a number of tutorial videos on our help desk for anyone who would like a quick and simple guide on how to use a specific tool or feature.
